Use this dialog box to select a company to enter in a company field.
Enter a name in the field and click Search to search for a particular company.
Click to open the Add Company dialog box to add a new company to the Company Directory "on the fly." You must have Add and Edit access rights for the Company Directory module to use this feature.
This list displays all available companies that you can choose from. Click the first letter of a particular contact to go directly to that company. Click Select next to the name to choose the company. The dialog box closes automatically and inserts the company in the field.
Click to cancel to close without saving any changes.
This dialog box is accessed by clicking 
or the Select link corresponding to company fields from various document windows and dialog boxes. In particular, right click on the project name, click Project Settings, click the Key Parties tab, and this dialog box displays when you click next to the following fields:
Your Company
Owner
General Contractor
Engineer of Record
