Attach URL Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to attach an Internet/intranet address to a document.

Spelling button

Click this button to spell check the document.

Attachment

Enter the site's Internet/intranet address.

Subject

Enter a description of the Web site.

Date Attached

The date the link was attached.

Attached By

The name of the user who attached the link.

How to access this dialog box:

From a  document, click the Attachments tab, then click the button.
