User Settings Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to configure basic user settings.

Mail:

Add Mail to Sent Log

Mark this checkbox to have Contract Management automatically log your sent documents in Correspondence Sent.

Create Correspondence Sent record for each email recipient

Mark this checkbox to have a row added to the Correspondence Sent log for each email recipient when sending email to multiple recipients.

File Server Access:

I am Currently Connected to the File Server

This checkbox only displays if your administrator set the "Can access file server" privilege to Yes for your User Account in the Contract Management Administration application.

Mark this checkbox if you have a direct connection (access) to your company network. This enables you to reference files that are on your network for attachment purposes. Clear this checkbox if you do not have direct access to your network. In this case, files must be uploaded from your machine to the location specified by your administrator.

Reminder Messages:

Reset Reminder Messages

Mark this checkbox if you want Contract Management to display reminder messages again. For example, if a message appeared that said "Do not display this reminder anymore" and you chose to stop displaying it, marking this checkbox will cancel that action and display the messages again.

Ask Me to Copy Commitments to Budget When Starting a New Budgeted Phase in Change Management

Mark this checkbox to remind you to copy commitments to the budget when you start a new budgeted phase in change management.

Regional Settings:

Language

Select the language you want to use in Contract Management . The language you select here affects the text in labels, buttons, drop-down lists, page/popup titles, and so forth. It does not affect data you enter in editable fields. Use the Control Panel's Regional Settings feature to set the language in editable text fields. The language you select does not apply to any other user. You must log out and back in for the changes to take effect.
