Module Access Dialog Box

Use this dialog box if you want to set permissions on all modules at once for this access template.

• Mark the View checkbox to enable the users assigned to this access template to view documents for all modules. No editing will be allowed.

• Mark the Add checkbox to enable the users assigned to this access template to add documents in all modules.

• Mark the Edit checkbox to give users assigned to this access template permission to edit documents in all modules.

• Mark the Export checkbox to enable users assigned to this access template to export from all modules.

• Mark the Delete checkbox to enable the users assigned to this access template to delete documents from all modules.

How to access this dialog box:

From the Contract Management Administration Application, click Access Templates, open a template, then click the underlined Set Access for All Modules link, or click the underlined Set Access for All Modules link on the User Project Access dialog box.
