Use this dialog box to select a contact to enter in a contact field, or to add a new company or contact to the Company Directory. This feature allows you to add a company or contact as needed from anywhere in Contract Management without having to go to the Company Directory log window.
Choose whether to display contact names or company names in the Contacts list. Use the Search field to search for a particular contact.
Click to add a new company or contact on an as needed basis.
The button appears if you chose to organize by contact.

You must have Add and Edit access rights for the Company Directory module to use this feature.
Click to add a new contact to the current company. If no company is chosen, the Select Company dialog box opens, in which you must choose a company. Once you choose a company, the Add Contacts dialog box opens, in which you can enter information about the new contact. When finished, Contract Management adds the contact to the company you chose.
Click to open the Add Company dialog box to add a new company to the Company Directory.
Click Sort by First Name to list contacts in alphabetical order by first name.
Click Sort by Last Name to list contacts in alphabetical order by last name.
This list displays all available contacts from which you can choose. Click the first letter of a particular contact to go directly to that contact. Click Select next to the name to choose the contact. The dialog box closes automatically and inserts the contact in the field.
Click to cancel without saving any changes.
Click Select corresponding to contact fields from various document windows and dialog boxes.
