This dialog box enables you to choose, preview, and print a report, form, or dunning letter for the current document.
Choose Forms, Reports, or Dunning Letters. The available documents appear in the list at the upper right side. Click the report, form or dunning letter you want to print.
Click to load the document and print it.
Click to load the document to view it.
Click to open the E-Mail dialog box to e-mail a report in PDF format. For users who have the Add Mail to Sent Log checkbox marked in the User Settings dialog box, a document is sent to their Correspondence Sent log when this option is used. If the Create Correspondence Sent record for each email recipient checkbox is also marked, a row will be added to the Correspondence Sent log for each email recipient.
Click to save the report or dunning letter in a different format.
Click to close the dialog box.
To access this dialog box, do one of the following:
From a document window, click Select an Action, and choose Advanced Print.
Click Advanced Print from the Project Settings dialog box.
